ABOUT ME
I work with professionals who’ve stepped into leadership and realized something unexpected:
being good at your job is no longer enough.

Suddenly, the decisions are heavier, the conversations are harder, and the margin for error feels smaller. You’re expected to lead with confidence, clarity, and emotional intelligence—often without a roadmap.

That’s where I come in.

I’m an Executive Leadership Coach with over eight years of coaching experience and more than two decades of mentoring across nonprofit, corporate, and community-based environments. My work focuses on helping leaders think strategically, communicate clearly, and lead with intention—especially when the pressure is on.

I don’t believe in “performative leadership” or one-size-fits-all frameworks. My coaching is practical, reflective, and grounded in real-world challenges: navigating complex team dynamics, making high-stakes decisions, setting boundaries, and leading without burning out.

Through one-on-one coaching and facilitated leadership development, I help clients:

-
Gain clarity in moments of uncertainty
-
Strengthen executive presence and communication
-
Move from reaction to intentional leadership
-
Build confidence without losing authenticity

I’m certified through ICF-accredited programs and trained in behavioral assessment, strategic planning, and applied intervention work. I’ve supported leaders in both professional and deeply human contexts—where listening, accountability, and trust aren’t optional.

At the core of my work is a simple belief:
effective leadership starts with self-awareness, and grows through deliberate action.

If you’re ready to lead with greater confidence, clarity, and purpose, I’d be glad to work with you.
